Okay, but how do I actually send something? 

1. Get the InPost app 

   It’s free and full of useful stuff. 

2. Create your label 

   Head to the “Send” tab, choose your parcel size, and pop in the delivery details. 

3. Scan, drop, lock 

   Head to your nearest InPost Point, scan your code, and boom – your parcel is on its way. Here’s a guide. 

4. Track to the future 

   You (and your recipient) can follow the parcel every step of the way. 

A little extra peace of mind? You got it. 

Every parcel comes with £50 cover, but if you’re sending something a lil more spenny, you can upgrade to full-value coverage up to the value of £500. Just make sure it’s packed like a pro – we've got packaging tips for that too.

InPost Send is for sending parcels to friends, fam, customers – anyone!  It’s not for returns. Trying to sneak in a return? It’ll get lost on the way to Neverland. Our Send labels won’t make it to PO boxes, so make sure you use our Returns Service instead.
