Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
We, InPost UK Limited (“InPost UK”), are committed to improving our practices to combat modern slavery in our business and supply chain. InPost UK shares the values of the wider InPost Group in implementing tools and conditions which enable due diligence in our supply chain, including a respect for human rights. Our suppliers are required to adhere to our Suppliers’ Code of Conduct which sets out our expectations in this regard. As our growth journey continues, we hope to strengthen our measures against modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, building on both the standards to which we hold ourselves and our ambitious InPost Group ESG strategy, details of which can be found at www.inpost.eu.
Our structure
Our primary business is as a provider of delivery services in the e-commerce and logistics sector. We are a part of the InPost Group, and our ultimate parent company is InPost S.A., a company registered in Luxembourg and listed on Euronext Amsterdam. InPost UK provides services in the UK.
Our supply chains
From time to time, we have supplier agreements with various:
- logistics partners to help enable our parcel delivery operations;
- maintenance and installation partners to help maintain our out-of-home network; and
- suppliers in the ordinary course of business.
Each of these suppliers is supported by a large number of individuals whom they engage, from couriers to engineers, to admin staff. We are also supplied by our InPost Group partners. All make an important contribution to our business.
We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. We expect all those in our supply chains to comply with our values and hold their own suppliers to the same standard.

We have appropriate policies in place that underpin our commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. We continuously review and update these policies.

Our core InPost Group ESG values are set out in more detail in our latest annual report.
We have zero tolerance to modern slavery and aim to use our position as a purchaser of goods and services to ensure that our suppliers are aligned with this approach. While we seek to take consistent steps to improve our actions in this area, our current areas of focus for the year will be to:
- Identify and categorise our suppliers by risk of modern slavery abuse.
- Continue to raise modern slavery compliance as part of ongoing performance reviews.
- Continue to ensure that all suppliers agree contractually to comply with applicable laws (including those relating to modern slavery).
- Ensure that all new suppliers agree to our InPost Group - Supplier Standards of Conduct (or equivalent) as part of the onboarding process.
- Ensure that our employees are aware of and empowered by, our InPost Group – Whistleblower Policy to raise modern slavery concerns whether within our organisation or within our supply chain.
Modern slavery compliance is monitored by a cross-functional InPost UK team, including Operations, Legal, Finance and HR.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.
Our effectiveness in combating modern slavery
As part of the InPost UK “business as usual” approach, upholding our effectiveness in combating modern slavery has always been, and remains, one of our core values. We hope to use this year to formalise the monitoring of our success against the areas of focus listed above.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
