Track it Your item is collected by a courier and sent back to the retailer. You can track the return every step of the way from the app.

Finding the right fit for your Return
Not sure if your parcel will fit? Here’s a quick guide to our locker sizes:
Small lockers (8cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Perfect for items like sunglasses or small accessories.
Medium lockers (19cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Great for shoes, cookbooks, or handbags.
Large lockers (41cm x 38cm x 64cm) – Ideal for boots, sports equipment, or bulkier items.
If only large compartments are available and you have a small parcel, you're welcome to use one - no extra charges will apply. However, please avoid forcing parcels that are too large into smaller compartments.
