Thanks to all your locker love and support, we know how popular our lockers are. Each one of our lockers gets a daily visit from a courier to keep up with your parcel needs (unless it’s broken). Yes, that’s right, we deliver 7 days a week including Sundays. 

While our wonderful team are working around the clock to bring you as many lockers up and down the UK as possible, we strongly encourage all you locker legends to check for locker availability before you drop your parcels off.

1. Save time: Knowing which lockers have space helps you plan your drop offs. Whether it’s on your way to the office or the gym, make sure that there’s free compartments at the lockers that work for you. 

2. Stay (In)Posted: Whether you’re sending a parcel or returning one, checking ahead will help keep your life admin stress-free. If you’re sending multiple parcels make sure you head to a locker with enough space. 

3. Keeping sending simple: One quick check in the app ensures means you can know before you go that there’s a compartment ready for your parcel. 

How to check for locker space 

Checking space is as easy as 1-2-3: 

1. Open the InPost app: If you haven’t downloaded it yet, now’s the perfect time. 

2. Find your locker location: Use the map or search for the one nearest to you. 

3. Check availability: The app shows real-time locker availability, so you know exactly where to go. 

 Top tips for dropping off your parcels 

Whether you’re returning unwanted items, selling on Vinted or sending your parcels here are our top tips: 

• Plan ahead: If your fave locker is full, the app will show you nearby alternatives. We also have InPost Shops which you can try if our lockers are full. 

• Drop mid-week: Our lockers usually have more availability between Wednesday – Saturday so try dropping off on our off-peak days. 

• Stay in the know: Make sure your app notifications are switched on so you can keep up to date with us.
